Return Process

  Log into your Monster Inc. account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
